Specialty Group Training Sessions
Specialty training sessions provides a group atmosphere of four to five people eager to improve their fitness level. This fundamental fitness program is designed to develop full body core strength. Cross training and balanced strength training proves to be essential in improving activities of daily living and preventing injuries while keeping you strong and agile (adj: able to move quickly and easily)
Specialty training sessions for kickboxing boot camp! What is kickboxing boot camp? Kickboxing boot camp combines the skills of taekwondo and boxing to form a dynamite empowering interval based calorie burning workout!! We’ll focus on proper form and technique so you can master the classic kicks from taekwondo as well as the mechanics of punching, blocking, and striking (while working against a free standing heavy bag!)! This amazingly unique full body workout will build body awareness, confidence, endurance and strength as you progress yourself to a higher level of fitness!
