"At age 48, after years of inactivity, I began my training program with Mary Ellen.  My wife had gotten me a gift certificate as she KNEW that I wanted to get in better shape but needed a little "shove" to get started.  After about TWO weeks I took up hiking and bike riding.  I noticed that Mary Ellen's training program had taken me to a point where I was less "winded" when walking or riding uphill.  I was then instructed on what foods (coupled with her program) would help keep my energy levels up while "leaning me out".  When I started with Mary Ellen I weighted 215 lbs.  I have now "thinned out", taken 3" off my waist line, and am in the best shape I've ever been in.  I feel great."
