Each training program is designed according to your goals.  We offer full body functional training.  Fundamental to all of our training programs is building your pillar of strength. 
 
 
 
Rates:
 
45 minutes:
  • 1 session        $90.00
  • 6 sessions      $85.00
  • 12 sessions    $80.00
  • 24 sessions    $70.00
