I cater to clients who are committed, determined and ready to improve their health and well-being. My customized fitness training programs are designed and developed based on your goals and current fitness level.  I use up-to-date training equipment along with the latest functional training methods.
 
Participating in a well designed core conditioning and full body functional strength training program will improve your overall health and well-being.
 
With appropriate exercise, muscles become larger and stronger; without appropriate exercise, muscles become smaller and weaker.  A comprehensive strength-training program that addresses all of the major muscle groups may be the most effective means of reducing the risk of injury and many degenerative diseases (American Council on Exercise).

ACE (American Council on Exercise) Certified Personal Trainer
HKC Hardstyle Kettlebell Certified Instructor - Dragon Door
4th Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do (Chung Do Kwan Schools)
AFAA (Aerobics & Fitness Assoc of America) Certified Personal Trainer
AFAA Certified Group Exercise Instructor
IKFF (International Kettlebell & Fitness Federation) Certified Kettlebell Trainer
Balanced Body University trained Pilates Mat 1 & 2  Instructor
Athletes' Performance Mentorship Phase 1 
American Heart Association CPR Certified
